The Office

The office is manned Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The secretaries will be able to help you with making appointments, liaising with insurance companies, arranging admissions for tests and surgery. They have many years of experience in the field and will be able to make sure that your consultations and treatments are managed smoothly and quickly. 

There is an office in Farnham and Guildford but the whole practice is run paperless from networked computers so that Mr Jourdan always has your latest tests, results and letters at his finger tips no matter where or when you are seen. In the case of out of hours problems all your records are no further away than his laptop.

Katie

 

Katie is the senior secretary at the practice. She will help you with every step of your care from arranging your first appointment through to planning any treatments you may require. She can help you with any issues you are having with your insurer and will provide you with a fixed price quote from any of the local hospitals if you are a self funding patient.
